Where we’ve come from – and where we’re going
The Leap29 story
Our story began in 2000 when we started offering global recruitment services. Since then, we’ve grown organically to meet our clients’ needs. This has led to two key developments:
- We’ve expanded the core sectors in which we have deep expertise.
- We’ve launched EOR/PEO services, enabling us to meet all your recruitment and expansion needs when you’re doing business in another country.
Today, we’re growing rapidly, building on our trusted track record. But although we’re much bigger than we used to be, some things remain the same. We still put people first, establishing strong trusted relationships with our clients, our candidates and our colleagues. This is why we have such a loyal candidate and client base. It’s also why many of our managers started here as a trainee. And it’s why we call ourselves your global people partner.
What’s in the name?
The Leap29 name
People often ask us how we got our name Leap29. We’d like to pretend it was the result of hours of painstaking research and reflection. But the answer is simply that we started our business in a leap year on 29 February.
However, the name Leap29 fits us more powerfully than we originally anticipated. Everything we do is about helping businesses to grow and thrive on the global stage. In short, we help businesses leap forward.
