With experience in both fast-paced SME businesses and PLC finance, Mark brings a wealth of experience to managing our group finances. Outside work, he enjoys family time and eclectic music – from Adele to Shania Twain.

Director
With 19 years’ experience helping to build our workforce management solution, Ben delivers compliant contractor solutions across multiple continents. When he’s not keeping over 500 global contractors happy, he enjoys kickboxing and running.

Sean Traynor

IT and Data Director
Sean takes care of all things IT at Leap29, focusing on cyber security and compliance and making sure that the data we hold is safe. Unsurprisingly maybe, he unwinds by playing video games.

Andrea Mason

Head of People & Talent
Andrea advises on all people-related matters, coaching our leaders and creating strategies to nurture talent so we maintain our high performance culture. She enjoys new challenges too – from skydiving to learning how to surf.

Marketing Manager
Leanne has played a key role in shaping our brand presence and outreach strategies. She oversees our marketing initiatives, making sure they’re aligned with our business aims. She loves taking photos of her foreign travels.

Rob oversees our renewable energy and power recruitment team, and brings a wealth of global experience, delivering on mandates from manager and project level roles to Director and executive-level hires. He’s also a keen international traveller.
